Reliable even where winters are mild, this tazetta produces up to 20 small, clustered blooms per stem for an abundant mid-spring display. Each fragrant 1–1½" flower opens cream and matures to white, with softly reflexed petals around a shallow cup. Grows as tall as 16" and excels in generous drifts, borders and cutting gardens. Establish in groups to maximize the clustered effect and amplify its light fragrance. As a tazetta type, Polly’s Pearl is especially suited to regions with milder winters and performs best in well-drained soil. Southern Performer (to zone 9).
